Copyrighted linen comic postcard with keg of "Mexicali beer" attached to blissfully sleeping man. Caption: "SWEET DREAMS / COME TRUE in / TIJUANA, MEXICO". fresh appearance generally, trivial wear to the bottom corners, paper starting to brown evenly with age. The winged beer keg is flying over the man's shoulders and is attached by a tube to his mouth. Blackford locally & messaged but unmailed. Established by Bohemian immigrants in Manitowoc Wisconsin, the Schreihart Brewery receives its phonetic Czech spelling here. It operated from 1891 - 1920, and its etched glassware has proven to be uncommon & quite valuable to modern collectors. "Milwaukee Looks Good To Me" shown left, man riding beer stein beneath fanciful airship made of beer keg with beer-bottle propeller, circa-1908. Shown right unused postcard publicizing the 33rd National Sänger-fest in Milwaukee, an invitation for visitors to dine at the First and Last Change restaurant at 614 Grand Avenue on its front (with detailed priced menu) & offering free baggage services on back. The musical extravaganza began in 1886 in Milwaukee, pitting Germanic singing societies in friendly competition against one another every 3 years. The basic artwork at the left has many variants & printings, but no one else can show you the postcard on the right. $25.00 total for both. w(m)mb

The company made many air compressors useful in hand pumps for the dispensing of beer, and we believe the pictured device was an example.
