"Ryans #13 3/25/13" unused sepia-tone Cyko real photo postcard showing railroad track inspection for damage after the flood, from a group we purchased showing such efforts in Clark County Ohio -- Enon, Snyderville, Medway, West Springfield, etc. There is no town named Ryans or Ryan's in Clark County, but a history of the county recounts that a tannery was established there by a man named Ryan, that had been abandoned before 1908. That is our best surmise as to how the location was referred to by the railroad employee taking the pictures & captioning the negatives.
