"HARRY / BYCROFT / Livery & Sale Stable" with our caption taken from the only legible sign, showing a crowd gathered around a lengthy electric interurban train that had stopped there; unused sepia-tone AZO real photo (triangles point up) postcard. Pencil writing on back puts location at Concord Michigan. We disagree: the Macoupin County coroner reported in 1910 (about the time of this postcard) that a George Dorsey fell to his death at Harry Bycroft's barn; and Bycrofts live to this day in Gillespie. Also, the Illinois Traction System ran electric interurban service through Gillespie. Probably one of a kind, because there is no caption & no attribution to a photographer or publisher.
