"CORNISH LITANY"

Cornish litany postcards  are sometimes called by other names--Devon Litany, West Country Litany, Scottish Litany--but they all have the following text (or slight variations) in common:

From Ghoulies and ghosties
And long legetty beasties
And things that go bump in the night
Good Lord deliver us!
