"Can I Put My / Little [shoes drawn] In / Your Trunk" leather postcard mailed MAR 13 1907 at Emmett Kansas (splendid Doane 1 cancel) to Miss Flossie Johnson in Saint Mary Kansas, hand-colored / tinted. internal crease. The 1 in the killer bars of the cancel tells us that their post office (established in November 1905) did about $100.00 worth of business in 1906.
