"5 ZINDER. -- Magasins de l'Intendance" unused circa-1920 carte postale with green back, several tiny speckles of toning on front, back has one light spot of toning near its top center, edges are good, pencil writing on both sides looks to be erasable. At the time, Zinder was the capital of the Niger Military Territory; the buildings would be the Quartermaster's stores. $8.00 n

Unused continental postcard showing its Lockheed L-1049H Super Constellation (N7133C) flying over mountains, from a Lockheed Aircraft Corporation photo, minor edge wear at top. This historic aircraft was later used in the Biafran Airlift of 1969 to eastern Nigeria, and was abandoned at Sao Tome where it remains derelict. $8.50 asn*
NIGERIA AIRWAYS. Unused continental post card showing its Fokker F-27-200 (5N-AAW) flying over water, near mint. On April 25 1977, while flying for this airline, this aircraft crashed on landing at Sokoto Airport and was written off. There were no fatalities. $8.50 an*
