Mentions Susie (the Gal from the Hills) on WTMV in East St. Louis Illinois & Evelyn Elben (the Singing Cowgirl) in Columbus Ohio. Not just a composer, Fred's biographical details on the back establish him as a baker who traveled with cowboy bands doing rope tricks (note the rope over his shoulder)!
