Danton, roll of honor listing all Eagle Scouts & Quartermaster Sea Scouts; detailed chronology of outstanding events in the troop's history since inception in 1925; acknowledgments of sponsors, committee members, officers, patrol leaders & patrons. This booklet is the history of one of the oldest troops in the USA. $18.00

"CUB SCOUT GRADUATION CERTIFICATE" used as intended on 25 October 1954 when a Cub Scout who had attained the rank of Webelo in Pack 100 became a Tenderfoot in Boy Scout Troop 250. Signed (among others) by Felix A. Danton, founding Scoutmaster of one of the oldest troops in the USA. $5.00 sd

Undated but early 1950's when the troop was sponsored by the Lake Shore Post No. 273 of the American Legion. "Give / SCOUT GIFTS / for Christmas /  1955" 24-page catalogue meant to be mailed bulk rate, but also handed out at the meetings. Exceptionally interesting insight into Scout gear & pricing at the time. Citing just a few things:  Explorer wallets, official flashlights, trail chef cook kit, official sheath knives, Scout wool socks, official zipper duffel bag, glass bow archery set, model train kits, whittling kits, etc. Nice! $12.50

"'STATUE OF LIBERTY' / In War Vets Park, Olean, N. Y. / Dedicated to Boy Scouts of America  84" real photo postcard published by M. E. Bramlee, mailed there 1954, toned back, 3 corners with small creases, small brown spot of toning in right front border. Focus is just a little fuzzy but most of the inscription can be read. Kansas City Scouting Commissioner Jack P. Whitaker got the idea of bringing Statue of Liberty replicas to many American cities & aid in fundraising efforts. Their 1949 to 1951 Strengthen the Arm of Liberty Campaign resulted in 120 communities having one--including Olean, Utica, Schenectady, Oneonta, Niagara Falls & LeRoy in New York State. Surprisingly hard to find! $9.50 n(o)ss NEW / NY / BAGO

"TROOP 250 MOBILIZATION / SOANG. PATROL CHART" two 8-1 / 2"x11" sheets stapled together, giving a call list, instructions & explanation of intended use. Back page creased. When the patrol members included: Victor Strauss, Thomas Ballish, Ronald Vokac, Ralph Prawdzik, Richard Frazier, Joe Roesmann & Alan Hood. Interesting. $2.50
