Historical note: Why are some printed cards such as these actually rare? World War I is your answer. Austria-Hungary's stated intention
 was to destroy Serbia completely. Germany & Bulgaria joined in.
When the smoke cleared Serbia had lost over 28% of its population.
Few pre-war tourists & missionaries moved some cards out-of-country,
giving them a survival chance that the staying-local cards did not have.
