Indiana_ColdSprings_CSDocks-200_small.jpg lake ship postcards available from Judnick.com"Cold Springs / Docks" showing the launch Reliance at center left & several small recreational boats at the Cold Springs Resort on Hamilton Lake, sepia-tone real photo post card mailed 1911 (partial Toledo & St. ... RPO cancel) to Mrs. W. J. McMorgan in Toledo Ohio. Rarely offered, probably because the caption does not specify the state or which Cold Springs in Indiana it is. The Toledo, St. Louis & Western passes to the south of this lake and is the only railroad operating in Ohio starting Toledo & St. ... at that time; it would, therefore, be a logical way to get mail to Toledo quickly. There is a Cold Springs Indiana near to and slightly to the west of Cincinnati; it borders Whitaker Creek, where it branches. But one look at the water in the view & all of the boats tells us this is a big lake, and not the fork of any creek. $14.00 $12.00 i(c)s(l) SALE PRICE: SAVE $2.00 (14% OFF)
