Engineering Department Number 9; black & white post card with undivided back mailed 1906 at St. Louis, back toned from album contact especially at the corners, front cancel ink smear in sky & neat Warren Ohio auxiliary mark mostly in the water. Snag boats removed hazards to navigation -- such as sunken logs - with a split bow, so the could get over it and lift the snag with an A-frame crane.
