Shows the successful influx of Nepalese soldiers into Tibet during the Nepalese-Tibetan war. The Kerung (as the spelling we are more accustomed to seeing) Axis was over 25,000 troops under the command of General Bom Bahadur Kunwar. SOLD nha(o)t

"Glacier Landscape" also captioned in 2 other languages, unused continental post cards showing mountains of extraordinary beauty, published by the Posts & Telecommunications Administration of the Tibet Autonomous Region, fresh appearance. $2.25 tm
"... / Gold Benba Urn" with first line of caption in Chinese; unused continental postcard, very light word 'Peking' pencilled in on back erroneously should come off easily, otherwise excellent condition, from China Personal Press. Benba should have been transliterated more carefully as jinbenbaping. This is the Qing Dynasty urn before the Zongkapa statue at the Jokhang Monastery in Lhasa. Projecting from the top are the 5 ivory lots used in choosing from the soul boy candidates for the Dalai Lama or Panchen Erdeni position. $3.50 tcr(a)
